How to Lose Weight without Exercise?
What Will Happen to Me If I Continue To Be FAT?
Some obese people often walk abnormally due to their heavy weight. It will stress to their joints, and walk less steady. It will cause low back pain too. Fatigue is common. Their physical and social activity will decease due to fatigue, lack of motility, or so on. A lot of joints and bone problem will come to them.
Happen 2: Difficult to Breathe
Obese people might have difficulty breathing and become short of breathe. It is because of the excessive fat accumulate below of diaphragm and in the chest, when the lung is compressed, the short breathe problem occurs. The airflow will be reduced if the excessive fats accumulate in the tissues line on the throat to narrow down the airflow. Therefore, sleeping on the back makes breathing even more difficult, it might cause death.
Happen 3: Development of Many Disorders
Obesity also will increase the risk of development of many disorders, such as: heart failure is the most common problem among obese people. Breast cancer, uterus cancer, ovaries cancer in women and colon cancer, rectum cancer, and prostate in men are more common among obese people than people with normal weight.
Happen 4: Apple or Pear-Shape Body
In men and women after menopause, fats are used to accumulate in the abdomen part, form apple shape body. In some women, the fats are used to accumulate in thighs and buttocks (lower part of the body), to form pear-shape body. Abdomen obesity is closely linked with coronary artery disease, stroke, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and high level of fats in the blood.
Obesity is NOT A Joke!!!
Case 1: Obesity versus Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Obesity will cause risk to type 2 diabetes mellitus. According to the researches, large populations of diabetes sufferers are caused by obesity. There is a connection between obesity and insulin resistance.
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is characterized by high blood glucose due to insulin resistance and relative insulin deficiency. Insulin is a hormone which takes up glucose from the blood, storing it as glycogen in the liver and muscle, and stopping use of fat as an energy source. Insulin resistance means that body cells do not give respond when insulin is present. Therefore, it results in excessive amount of glucose in blood, called hypergycaemia. It might lead to kidney disease and blindness.
Case 2: Obesity versus Hormonal Metabolic Imbalance
Obesity also has close relationship with leptin resistance. Leptin is a hormone to regulate body’s energy input and outout by controlling food intake. Normally, if the person is weight loss, leptin amount will decrease to increase the appetite and slow down the metabolism; while if the person is weight gain, leptim amount will increase to decrease the appetite and increase the body metabolism. However, leptin resistance is caused by the body do not give response to the presence of leptin hormone. Therefore, if the people are weight gain, leptin hormone does not function very well, the appetite still increase and the metabolism is stay low, so the people will continue gain weight, causes obesity.
Case 3: Obesity versus Impaired Glucose Tolerance
Obesity and impaired glucose tolerance are closely interlinked. Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) is a sign of insulin resistance and decreased metabolic capacity. According to the reports, if IGT is reversed, the BMI in overweight or obese people will be reduced.
Case 4: Obesity versus Breast, Prostate and Colorectal Cancers
Hormone-related cancers such as breast and prostate neoplasia are closely associated with obesity. Due to obesity is having a fat-rich diet, it will cause high risk of development in large bowel tumor growth which called colorectal cancer. In women, obesity and insulin resistance might lead to polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility.

Why You are FAT?
BMI for overweight is equal to 25 -29.9
BMI for obesity is ≥ 30.
10 Reasons Make You FAT:
Factor 1: Consuming more calories than body uses
The calories that needed by body is depending on person to person, such as: age, sex, physical activity, and the person’s metabolic rate.
Factor 2: Genetic and environment
Our body weight are influenced by genetic and environment. If your parents both are fat, you might inherit their obese gene and pass to next generation. It might caused by the mutant genes in body, slow down or insufficient to burn the calories as normal people. The obese families might share same environment that cause them obese.
Factor 3: Physical Inactivity
This is the main reason that causes increase in number of obesity among people. If physical activity increases, food intake also increases, so the body calories are balanced. If the physical activity decrease, but food intake does not decreases or even increases, so the calories that store in the body increase, the people will obese easily.
Factor 4: Diet Habits
Nowadays, the diet has higher in fat. Due to the high-fat-diet do not trigger that stop-eating responses as fast as carbohydrate did, so people who are eating high-fat-diet will not easily to feel full, and tend to eat more food until the stop-eating responses are triggered. In addition, fat has twice as many calories per gram as carbohydrate and proteins.
Factor 5: Drinking Alcohol
Alcohol contains high calories which will cause obesity. Besides that, some people prefer to consume addition food such as snack, therefore, the calories that are taken is higher again. A single shot (1 ounce) of liquor has 80 to 90 calories. A 12-ounce regular beer (8% alcohol) has 150 calories. Furthermore, alcohol can stimulate the appetite and reduce self control to food intake.
Factor 6: Socioeconomic Factor
Obesity is more common is women who are lower socioeconomic as compared to women who are in higher ones. Due to women who lower socioeconomic do not have great chance to explore and present in front of public, so they might neglect their outlook such as their body shape. Therefore, they might not think to control their food intake or do not have so much knowledge about fitness and health.
Factor 7: Obese in Early Childhood
Some people who were obese as children are more likely to be obese as adults. It is because the fat cells are formed and weight gained during infancy and early childhood. They have up to 5 times fat cells in the body as compared to the people who are maintaining in normal weight. Therefore, they might have difficulties to lose weight due to the amount of fat cells are higher than normal people.
Factor 8: Women after Pregnancy
Many women have this problem, they gained weight after pregnancy and do not lose it afterward. Women will have more weight problem if they are having several children frequently. Hormone that released by the women during pregnant might be one of the factors that cause gain weight.
Factor 9: Menopause in Elder Women
Many women gain weight after menopause. Due to the hormonal changes in the women body, the fat is redistributed in the body and accumulated around the waist.
Factor 10: Psychological Factors
Emotion might cause weight gain. For example: stress can affect weight. Some people might used to eat more when they are feeling stress. Eating can help them to relieve their stress. However, some people might not to eat when they are stress.
