What Will Happen to Me If I Continue To Be FAT?

Happen 1: Difficult to Walk Steady
Some obese people often walk abnormally due to their heavy weight. It will stress to their joints, and walk less steady. It will cause low back pain too. Fatigue is common. Their physical and social activity will decease due to fatigue, lack of motility, or so on. A lot of joints and bone problem will come to them.

Happen 2: Difficult to Breathe
Obese people might have difficulty breathing and become short of breathe. It is because of the excessive fat accumulate below of diaphragm and in the chest, when the lung is compressed, the short breathe problem occurs. The airflow will be reduced if the excessive fats accumulate in the tissues line on the throat to narrow down the airflow. Therefore, sleeping on the back makes breathing even more difficult, it might cause death.

Happen 3: Development of Many Disorders
Obesity also will increase the risk of development of many disorders, such as: heart failure is the most common problem among obese people. Breast cancer, uterus cancer, ovaries cancer in women and colon cancer, rectum cancer, and prostate in men are more common among obese people than people with normal weight.

Happen 4: Apple or Pear-Shape Body
In men and women after menopause, fats are used to accumulate in the abdomen part, form apple shape body. In some women, the fats are used to accumulate in thighs and buttocks (lower part of the body), to form pear-shape body. Abdomen obesity is closely linked with coronary artery disease, stroke, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and high level of fats in the blood.
